VZ ESD Electro-Hydraulic Spring Return Actuator

This ESD is designed to open when power is supplied and will close via

a spring return actuator when the power is removed. Key features include:

Modular Design: 

• Common pump, motor and manifold across all packages
• Only the power supply changes

Less Leak Points:

• Manifold design incorporates all controls. 
• Other solutions have external controls which introduces more leak points

Motor Run Timer: 

• Prevents motor and pump from running too long, resulting in premature failures. 
• Reduces excessive coupler ear
• Alarm indication via local LED and remote notification via provided Dry Contacts

Dynamic Torque Adjustment:

• As the valve ages, torques may increase
• Common to see ESD package torques increase by 150% after 2-3 months!!
• VZ ESD automatically increase Open Torque as valve demands 

Adjustable Closing Speed:

• Less than 2 seconds
• Adjustable for longer closing times
• Other solutions either provide as a purchased option or not at all
