Product Description

Here are the key features of Schneider Electric's Vortex Flowmeters:

  1. Unique Shedder Bar Design
The flowmeter includes a specially engineered shedder bar that improves the consistency and clarity of vortex signals, resulting in greater accuracy.
  2. DirectSense™ Technology
This places the sensor directly in the flow stream to generate stronger vortex pulses. It enhances sensitivity, accuracy, and resistance to noise and pipe vibration, offering a wider measurement range.
  3. ActiveTuning™ Algorithms
These real-time algorithms provide low-flow correction, adjust for installation piping effects, and deliver adaptive signal filtering and conditioning to maintain accurate readings.
  4. No Moving Parts
With no internal moving components, the vortex meter is low-maintenance      and offers high long-term reliability.
  5. Multi-Fluid Capability
Designed to accurately measure the flow of liquids, gases, and steam—making it suitable for a wide variety of industrial applications.
  6. Integrated Multi-Variable Measurement
Certain models include built-in temperature sensors and flow computers,      enabling mass flow calculations for steam (both saturated and superheated)      and other defined fluids.

Technical Specifications

Performance Specifications
