Taylor Valve MDI / MDIS Series Disc Chokes are made with wear resistant material to extend service life, with redundant O-Rings on the Bonnet Seals and Stem Seals that help prevent leakage. Fully Guided Stems reduce imbalance and vibration. Control Discs provide ANSI Class III/IV Shut off. Available sizes are the 1 Inch, 2 Inch, and the 3 Inch chokes. 

Accurate Control: Achieve precise flow regulation with a 90-degree rotation from full open to full close. ​ 

Bolted Bonnet: The safety bonnet is bolted into the body, minimizing risks of corrosion, cross-threading, and galling commonly associated with threaded connections in production environments. ​ 

Extended Service Life: Robust design and the use of wear-resistant materials enhance durability, leading to longer intervals between maintenance. ​ 

Easy Maintenance: Repair parts can be installed in the field without removing the valve from the line, simplifying maintenance procedures. ​ 

Optional Features: Customizable trims and actuators are available to meet specific requirements, such as noise reduction, reduced port, and maximum orifice trims, accommodating high-pressure scenarios or minimizing pressure loss in declining fields. ​
